Will you change my brow shape?

Only if you ask. The default is to clean up and define the shape you already have. If you want something different - a stronger arch, a straighter line, more or less thickness - say so at the start, because it is far easier to take a little more than to put hair back.

What if I am growing my brows out?

Then let them grow and come back. There is no useful halfway wax while you are filling in gaps, and waxing part-grown brows usually sets the process back.

Is there anything I should avoid beforehand?

Tell us if you use retinoids, acids or have had a recent facial or peel. Those thin the skin, and waxing over them risks lifting. It is a short conversation that prevents a genuinely bad outcome.
