A maintenance visit for an existing set. As the natural nail grows, a gap opens at the cuticle; a refill fills that regrowth, rebalances the shape and re-finishes the nail, without removing and rebuilding the whole set.

- When should I book one rather than a new set?
- Most guests refill at two to three weeks. Come in while the set is still sound and you keep the structure you already paid for. Leave it too long and lifting starts at the edges, at which point a full removal and rebuild is usually the better option.
- How many times can a set be refilled?
- There is no fixed limit. It depends on how the set is wearing and how your own nail is doing underneath. Your technician will tell you honestly when a rebuild would serve you better than another refill - carrying a tired set forward is a false economy.
- Is a refill quicker than a new set?
- Usually, yes, because the existing structure stays. Book it as its own appointment rather than assuming it can be squeezed in, particularly if you also want a colour change.
