Good to know
- How is this different from a manicure?
- A manicure is nail care: trimming, shaping, cuticle work, massage. This is colour only. Book it when your nails are already tidy and you simply want a different shade, or when the colour has chipped but the nail underneath is fine.
- Regular polish or gel?
- Regular polish is cheaper, dries soft, and is easy to change at home — expect a few days before it chips. Gel is cured under a lamp, costs more, and holds two to three weeks without chipping, but needs a proper soak-off rather than peeling.
- What does the powder option mean here?
- Dip powder applied as a colour change rather than as a full set. The colour is in the powder itself instead of painted on top, so it will not chip from the surface. It sits between polish and gel on price and wears longest of the three.
- Can I have a French as a colour change?
- Yes, in gel. It is priced above a plain gel colour because the tip line is painted by hand on every nail. If you want a French on a full set rather than as a change of colour, that is a different service.
- Do I need an appointment?
- Yes. We are appointment-based, so call ahead even for a quick colour change. These are short services and can often be fitted in the same day if there is a gap.
